My mission is simple. And personal.
I want you to start living better in your body’s way.
I know what it is like live in a body. I also know what it is like to almost lose it. A profound near-death experience revealed the sage of our bodies and gave me a gift to help others tune into their wisdom.
Being in tune with your body’s intuitive knowing unlocks pathways to living well at any age or situation.
As a nurse I witness people yearning to go deeper; beyond physical issues and into the universal connections we share through our cells, organs, and systems. This is where healing happens.

Why Scarlit?
The name, SCARLIT Center, comes from the concept of the Japanese pottery technique of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is put back together with gold. The finished product is captivating—capturing the phenomenon that no matter the pieces, when mended together they create unimaginable impact.
Health approaches are more sustainable when scars are recognized and validated, through a safe and respectful approach.
